What services do you offer?

At Senior Downsizing Solutions we offer a wide array of services to meet your individual needs. Our services include, but are not limited to: downsizing, organizing, decluttering, packing, managing your move, and resettling you into your new home. Circumstances vary from one client to the next, so we customize your experience to your needs.

What happens to the belongings I don’t keep?

Items that you decide you no longer would like to keep will be dispersed among three main categories: Auction facilitation, Donations/Disposal, and Family Distribution. Items will only be dispersed per the request of the client, and the client always decides where the items will go.

What if I plan on selling my home after downsizing?

We offer a basic clean-out service that includes: light vacuum, wipe down of cabinets and bathrooms, and sweep the floors and the garage. We also can help facilitate deep-cleaning services to help fully prepare the house for sale.

Will you be the one moving me?

We will not personally perform the move, but we will help prepare you every step of the way to ensure that the moving process goes smoothly. We will be managing the move from start to finish and we will get you settled into your new home.

Do you offer consultations and estimates?

Yes, we offer both consultations and estimates for every job that we do. We want to sit down and talk with you about your goals as well as any concerns you might have. This allows us to make a plan that will best serve you.

I need to move into a new, smaller space but have too many things. Can you help?

One of our primary services is to help you downsize so you can comfortably fit into your new space without feeling overwhelmed by your things. We are able to sort through your items with you and help determine what should stay and what should be dispersed.
